i can make but, do i need to pay for a unranked server?

Well i hought i had somewhere kind of a tutorial to make an own server for sandbox ill post it later if i can find it.

we allmost have 20 members so its posible.

we only need a hoster with fast internet for a free sandbox server, anyways....

and we have most dutch members so, i guess we shud use a dutch hoster but, who? my internet sucks cockz xD

my Inet speed if downloading: 315KB per sec
my Inet speed if uploading: idk. maybe same.
